Choose natural colours to match the background
Another product segment are natural colours which usually have to be mixed with water. Again, there are similarities in these paints in all nuances. The ingredients are natural earth, ultramarine pigments and ground metal powder. Natural colours contain only natural solvents such as citrus peel oil. There are four different product groups: resin, lime, glue and casein.
Wall colours with casein
Products with casein have now mostly a base of soy milk, earlier they were mixed with whey. Traditionally, casein paints are preferably passed on mud walls or -putz. Basically, as with all wall colours here, that it is appropriate to adjust the colour of the ground. Consequently about a lime paint is ideal for a lime-cement plaster. Resin colours include less to the wall colours

Distempers are not smudge proof

School grades for opacity of the wall colours
Basically advises colour expert Ludger Küper to take a colour with an opacity of Class 2 heavily used rooms such as the kitchen, hall and nursery. “These colours are much more robust and abrasion resistant.” So stains can be removed on the wall or ceiling with a rough sponge, without the equal lack the colour .
